Purpose and capabilities

Measurement of the volumetric flow rate of liquids, mainly oilfield wastewater of the reservoir pressure maintenance system, with information output to the indicator and telemetry via a pulse output or interface “485”.

Operating principle

Measurement of EMF induced by a magnetic field in an electrically conductive liquid, proportional to the average flow rate of the liquid. The flow sensor converts the liquid flow rate into a sequence of electrical impulses, at the “price” of a pulse of 0.001m³, 0.01m³, 0.1m³, 1m³, the format can be changed at the request of the customer. The length of the communication line between the sensor and the telecontrol system is up to 300 m.
